Shipping & Returns
- How do you ship in warm conditions (etc. summer)?
- When shipping chocolates in warm temperatures or destinations, we may need to ship chocolates overnight resulting in an additional charge. We will also need to charge you an additional $7.00 to cover the cost of cooling materials. We take this precaution to make sure you receive your chocolates in perfect condition.
- When will products be shipped out?
- Products will be shipped out within the next 2 business day after you place your order. Our chocolates are made-to-order and therefore require extra time. Additionally, we do not ship chocolates over the weekend (precaution to avoid melting) and will be held until the following Monday for shipment.
- Can I ship internationally?
- As of now we do not ship internationally, but hope to do so in the future.
- Who do you use for shipping?
- We use both USPS and UPS as our preferred shipping vendor.
- What are the shipping rates?
- Our rates are based on the weight of your order plus all shipments will be charged $7.00 for cooling materials.
