These truffles are classics for a reason, and offer the perfect canvas upon which to showcase our reimaginative craft. Coffee Nutmeg - The taste of Guatemalan Antiguan coffee is enhanced by the spice of nutmeg, then dusted with organic cocoa for a spiced espresso taste.

Gianduja - An Italian paste made from cocoa and hazelnut, is blended with pralines to create a ganache that evokes the confectionery style of Turin in the 1850s. We cover it all with milk chocolate and lastly, coat it with roasted caramelized hazelnuts.

Malagasy - A delicate bitterness gives way to soft hints of fruit in our single-origin cacao blend from Madagascar.

Marzipan - Marzipan, a sweet almond paste, is imported directly from Belgium to provide a true taste of European quality. It is wrapped with the slight bitterness of dark chocolate to give depth to a range of flavors.

Orange Tangerine - Even the subtlest hint of citrus transforms a simple chocolate truffle. The fresh nectar of orange and tangerine is added to a dark chocolate ganache to create a perfectly refreshing experience.

Passion Fruit - Pure passion fruit meets milk chocolate for a vibrant, exotic taste that conjures up visions of the rainforests in Brazil.

Pure Milk - This single origin milk chocolate truffle is made from Forastero and Trinitario cacao beans, picked in limited quantity in Ghana.

Sake – Infused with sake to create the silkiest texture, this dark chocolate ganache is inspired by Awamori, a rice wine unique to Okinawa.

Salted Caramel - Reminiscent of your childhood, this scrumptious caramel center is covered with silky milk chocolate, and crowned with just a sprinkle of fleur de sel, the very finest sea salt.
