This isn't your normal milk chocolate folk's, let me try to explain it In my best Sir David Attenborough (Planet Earth) narrative voice. Here is the story of the cacao we use for this milk chocolate cluster.

In the northern part of Madagascar, where the Sambirano River flows down from the highlands, fertile alluvial plains are created. Trade winds crossing over this little slice of heaven bring much needed moisture the cacao trees need for optimum growth. As a result when harvested these cacao beans will produce a chocolate with a wonderful aroma of caramel, vanilla and cream. How was that? Sounded dreamy right? Try it and let us know what you think.

The Chocolate

Our milk chocolate cluster begins by carefully tempering the chocolate to reach a workable temperature of 87 degrees. Working as fast and carefully as possible, we mix in our impossibly thin wafers with the chocolate dollop a spoonfuls of freshly created clusters on a sheet of parchment and let set for 24 hours, before packaging and shipping to you.

Optimal Tasting Conditions

Quantity

Clusters & Slates: 6 months. Please store in a cool & dry environment. Keep this in a glass jar beside your couch or dining room.

Truffles: 3 weeks.

For the best tasting experience, enjoy our chocolates at room temperature around 72 F.

Clusters: You will get anywhere from 20 - 25 pieces of chocolate in each package. Why the variance? These chocolates are completely handmade and each and everyone is unique in shape and size. Don't worry each cluster is as delicious as the next.

Thanks for your honest review. We always strive to make incredible chocolates with the best ingredients. This milk chocolate uses one of the most expensive cacao's we purchase for our company. It naturally has a caramel, sweet, and vanilla flavor that comes the cacao itself and the region its comes from (Madagascar). Maybe we can mix two milk chocolates together and balance out the flavor.

They start out a little cronchy but not like too hard and all of a sudden the light lovely crisp fades and all that is left is delightful chocolate!! I like 'em!
