We package our chocolates in a thermal foil liner and with reusable gel ice packs. This would be sufficient to keep our chocolates cool for 2 days in transit, however we do advise customers to choose overnight shipping if their destination address has temperatures above 82F. We do not ship over the weekend after April, and all orders placed after 12 pm EST will be shipped on Monday, unless the destination is on the East Coast of U.S
We do not accept returns as chocolates are a perishable food item. We do however provide refunds or replacements for orders that melted in transit.
You should get an email of your tracking details once the order ships. Most orders are shipped within 2 days of order confirmation.
We don't offer local delivery just yet. We hope to offer this by 2022.
