Miss the Summer! Nothing captures the summer soul quite like strawberry shortcake. It's THE dessert for hosting parties, picnicking, and delighting friends and family. We are so excited to bring this iconic American dessert to you in the form of a fragrant, slightly sweet and satisfying chocolate.
We first combine a creamy white chocolate with almond paste and vanilla to create our "whipped cream" for our favorite dessert. Once fully mixed, we add natural freeze dried strawberries with shards of buttery crisp wafers and slowly incorporate with our white chocolate "whipped cream". (This process fills our entire kitchen with the sweet aroma of fresh strawberries and vanilla, its intoxicating.) These babies are then individually dolloped onto a parchment sheet and set for 24 hours before being packaged and shipped to you. We can't wait for you experience the sudden burst of strawberry scent when you open this chocolate box.

Clusters: You will get anywhere from 20 - 25 pieces of chocolate in each package. Why the variance? These chocolates are completely handmade and each and everyone is unique in shape and size. Don't worry each cluster is as delicious as the next.

These clusters were the perfect balance of strawberry and white chocolate! This flavor is definitely on the sweeter side, but not overly sweet. The clusters were so so crunchy and good and I constantly found myself reaching for another one! Get these, you won't regret it!
